The parties[1] have filed a joint motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice. They state that they have settled their dispute and request dismissal of this appeal with each party to bear its own costs. The motion is granted. The appeal is dismissed with prejudice. Costs are taxed against the party incurring same.

[1] Plaintiff/Appellant Eagle Lender Asset Services originally filed suit against Appellee Associates Housing Finance, L.L.C. and against Conrad Stringfield. Plaintiff/Appellant non-suited Stringfield, and he is not a party to this appeal.
