No. 05-07-00147-CVCourt of Appeals of Texas, Fifth District, Dallas.
Opinion Filed August 27, 2007.
On Appeal from the Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F05-58684.
Before Justices WRIGHT, RICHTER, and LANG.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM.
On June 6, 2007, the Court directed appellants to file written verification, within ten days, that they had either paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk’s record. The Court warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). Nevertheless, to date, we have not received either the clerk’s record or written verification that appellants have paid or made arrangements to pay for the record.
Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3 (b) (c).
