Opinion Filed September 8, 2004.

On Appeal from the Dallas County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. cc-04-272-a.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM.

The Court’s records in this appeal reveal that appellant has not filed a docketing statement or an amended notice of appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.1(d), 32.1. Neither has appellant filed a letter brief on jurisdiction, as directed by this Court. In letters dated July 1, 2004, appellant was informed that failure to file a docketing statement, an amended notice of appeal, and a letter brief on jurisdiction within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal. Appellant has not filed a docketing statement, an amended notice of appeal, or a letter brief on jurisdiction.

On the Court’s own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
